Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful & overwhelming, and it certainly comes with its fair share of anxiety and apprehension. Andrea is here to take all of that away from you by being a true confidant, your biggest support system and will be with you every step of the way.

Andrea will listen to your vision and turn it in to a reality. She will provide a bespoke wedding planning & design service; from sourcing the perfect venue, creating a stylish design to being there on the day(s), Andrea and her team will make it their biggest priority to ensure everything all goes perfectly to plan (rain, hail or snow!).

This service includes but is not limited to..

• In-depth consultations to discuss event visions, ideas, and expectations

• Unlimited email and phone support with advice and consultations via Zoom or in person (where possible)

• Assistance with wedding ceremony legalities

• Regular updates and a timeline detailing task completion

• Budget consultancy and management of payment arrangements

• Detailed venue reports and site visits, including communication and support with the venue

• Vendor recommendations, negotiations, and ongoing communication throughout the planning process

• Organisation of food tastings, assistance with menu choices, and management of dietary requirements

• Guest management services, that can include: transportation, hotel recommendations and sourcing of welcome bags if required.

• Creative direction for event design, including mood board creation and sourcing of design props

• Production timeline and scheduling, venue layout sketches, and onsite management during setup and breakdown

• Separate wedding day timelines for bridal parties and vendors

• Management of pre-wedding setup, supervision of suppliers and guests during events, and provision of assistants for each day of the wedding weekend
